Not sure what to title this one, so I've left it blank. I really want to explore more tilt-shift effects without shooting from a high angle like usual. Also, I really love the idea of taking a part of a picture and shooting it 'back in time' so I'll work with this idea more.

This looks so cool! Do you do the tilt-shift effect by hand (I'm not sure what the technique is for that) or do you use a program afterward?
